Temperatures in the High 70′s and people have been catching stringers of rainbows– like Steve Lightfoot of Carson City, NV on crawlers behind flashers at 20 to 40 foot depths.

Big Brown – COME ON UP FOR A DAY OF FANTASTIC FISHING ON LABOR DAY
Well! There really are big German Browns left in Caples Lake. Charlie Wilson caught this 10 pound 27 inch German Brown trolling/jigging from his kayak on a Gold Kastmaster with a bit of a crawler, down 25 feet off the Caples Lake Dam on september 5, 2010.
