Jans Turn!
Yesterday, our guests Jim and Jan Riley, from Lodi were out in their boat fishing, when Jan caught this nice 1 ½ lb German Brown trout trolling with flashers and a worm about 15 foot deep. Jim made our blog a couple weeks ago with his 2 lb Rainbow.
Chris’s first fish

Another great day off fishing at Caples Lake.
Mike and Jeff Harris, from Roseville strike again. This morning around 9am they were trolling with worms by the dam about 15 to 20 ft. deep with worms when they started getting bite after bite, then at around 9:30 Jeff’s pole doubled over and he landed this 18” 2 ½ lb. Rainbow trout.
HE LIKES IT!!! HAY MIKEY!!!
Today, Mike Harris and his son Jeff, from Roseville, were trolling near the spillway about 15ft deep using worms at about 9:00 this morning, when he hooked this 21”- 3 1/2lb Mackinaw trout. This maes the second time Mike has been featured on this blog.
