Jans Turn!
Yesterday, our guests Jim and Jan Riley, from Lodi were out in their boat fishing, when Jan caught this nice 1 ½ lb German Brown trout trolling with flashers and a worm about 15 foot deep. Jim made our blog a couple weeks ago with his 2 lb Rainbow.
Chris’s first fish
Chris Bugna, age 9 from Tustin, Ca. was one of our guests this weekend, and today he went out with his dad and grandpa and skunked both of them with these nice pan size Rainbows. Mike’s back!!!
Today, Mike Harris from Roseville caught this 23” 3lb.Rainbow trolling close to the dam. He was using flashers, about 3’ of leader and a worm about 20’ down.

Today, Jansson Voss-Ravize, and his dad J.T., drove up from Glenbrook Nevada to pay us a visit. J.T. and Jansson took out one of our 12 foot fishing boats for a couple hours. Lots of fish getting caught
Yesterday, Jay, Matol, Jeff, and Jim, from Eldorado hills were trolling by the dam in one of our 14’ rental boats, when they started catching fish. Full stringer
Last evening, our guest’s Dave Kennedy, Dave Stapes, and Manny Amaral, were trolling in the East shore of the lake using night crawlers 24’ deep when they started getting bites, after a couple hrs the 3 of them filled this stringer up with Rainbow “planters.” Looks like its fish for dinner to me.
