Caples Lake Resort boasts eight cabins, hosting 2 - 6 guests each. Each cabin, except Cabin 6, has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and full refrigerator. Cabin 6 offers a kitchenette, with a stove, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. During the summer months, each cabin has their own gas BBQ and fire pit.
We require guests to bring their own linens and towels when staying in the cabins, in both summer and winter. Being off the grid and on the lake, we are mindful of reducing our footprint and impact to our surrounding environment.

The resort offers six lodge rooms available to rent, which INCLUDE linens and towels. Each room has its own private bathroom (across the hallway), microwave, and mini-fridge. We do not provide coffee in the rooms as it will be available in the lounge between 7:30am and 9:30am, accompanied by a light continental breakfast. During summer months, there is a gas BBQ and a fire pit to the right of the lodge by the water for guests to use.

There is a two-night minimum for lodge rooms, three-night minimum for holiday weekends.

Winter 2024/2025, there is a 2-night minimum for the cabins.

Please inquire as we do encounter gaps between reservations where we may be able to accommodate shorter stays. Thirty day ski leases are also available in the winter for both rooms and cabins, please call for additional information.

Summer 2025, there is a 3-night minimum for cabins in off season and a five night minimum in July and August.

Note that a 10% hotel tax and a 3% processing fee will be added to add transactions.​

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
A 50% deposit via credit card or check is required upon booking.

Summer Refund Policy

Guests may receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your reservation, we will provide a full refund minus a processing fee.

If we are unable to rebook your reservation, we will offer a credit valid for use within one year of your original arrival date.

Refunds will not be provided due to road closures. Instead, the amount paid can be applied as a credit toward a future visit within one year of the original arrival date.

A wood fired SAUNA is available to all guests. It is guest activated. Ask Staff for additional info upon arrival. Please remember to bring additional towels for the sauna. NOTE: Access is sometimes limited due to snow conditions.

A reminder that we require guests to bring their own linens and towels when staying in the cabins ONLY, in both summer and winter. Being off the grid and on the lake, we are mindful of reducing our footprint and impact to our surrounding environment.

No smoking within 25 feet of all buildings, including the lodge and cabins. It is extremely important that all butts are disposed of properly as we rely on diesel generators and are in a fire prone environment.

We are pet friendly! Cabins 4, 6, 7, and 9 are open for dog visitors. Bringing your pet increases the rate by $25 per night per pet.

WiFi is available in the lodge, but not in the cabins. Please be mindful that our broadband is limited so please limit video streaming.

For summer reservations, lodging gives you access to complimentary boat launch, guest docks, and 10% discount on marina rentals.
